This Privacy Policy explains how Astrochats Technology Private Limited ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects your information when you use our website and purchase a report.

Information we collect

• Name, date of birth and gender — required to generate your report.
• Mobile number and email address — used to deliver your report and provide support.
• Payment reference data (order ID, payment ID, amount) returned by our payment gateway. We never receive or store your card, UPI or bank credentials.
• Basic technical data such as browser type and pages visited, via analytics cookies.

How we use your information

• To generate and deliver your personalised report.
• To process payments and issue receipts.
• To respond to support requests.
• To measure website performance and advertising effectiveness.

Cookies and advertising

Google measurement and advertising tools measure traffic and conversions and may share hashed contact details for enhanced conversions. Google tracking has not changed as part of the Facebook tracking replacement. You can use Google Ads Settings and browser controls.

On the Name Tool (/name-tool-new) and Name New (/name-new) and WhatsApp (/name-whatsapp) pages, Meta (Facebook) Pixel reports page visits, checkout starts and verified successful purchases to dataset 1316595773912624 for advertising measurement and optimisation. Meta may receive the purchase amount and INR currency, advertising cookies, the page URL, IP address and browser information. We do not send your report name, birth details, gender, phone or email to Meta, and do not use customer matching or server-side Meta reporting in this installation.

No advertising consent banner is shown. Facebook tracking is blocked in the EEA, UK, Switzerland, South Korea and Brazil, and when location cannot be determined. Elsewhere it honors saved advertising refusals, Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track. Use the Cookie settings link on the Name Correction Report order page to disable Facebook tracking or change your preference. Choices are stored with a visitor reference, time, region and the notice version/text; prior acceptance records are preserved after withdrawal. Local event evidence references the applicable choice. Later permission does not resend previously blocked checkout or purchase events. You may also use Meta ad preferences and contact us about your privacy choices.

Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us operate — our payment gateway (Razorpay), hosting and database providers, and messaging or email delivery services — and where required by law.

Data retention and security

Order and report data is retained for as long as needed to provide access to your report and to meet accounting and legal obligations. Data is stored on secured servers and transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data through our WhatsApp support. We respond to requests within 30 days. Deleting order data may end your access to a delivered report.

Children

Our services are not directed at persons under 18 years of age.
